I do not know the history of the news outlet, so Im skeptical. Also the author ‘Michael Baxter’, is a name of a character played by Tim Allen in Last Man Standing.
I think this is a fishing article to see who gets reeled in by it. It has a lot of details about President Trump and his Plan, from unnamed sources.
