Oh yeah, however… I'm finding it's proving to be a very good teacher of patients🙏, once ‘one’ masters allowing the ‘Frustration’ to subside. I've been working on it for many years now😏.

🙂Long walks in the country with my dog helps me with that, thats when I've recieved my most 'meaningfull down loads'; surprising myself often as I hear myself explaining it all out loud... Dogs are brilliant listeners☺️❣️
