I put a pinch in my "Ocean Water" every day!

! pint distilled water
1 tsp magnesium chloride
1 pinch borax
4 grinds of Himalayan Salt
2 droppers of Nascent Iodine

This looks a lot like my supplementation, I second this!!! Although I have never put it all together like this. I might try it, seems like taking in the minerals this way would be better.

I really like the Ocean Water & have used it almost every day since 2016.

The iodine helps keep my energy up. The Magnesium & Himalayan salt are very alkalizing, so I try to have this every morning (perhaps it helps counteract that cup of coffee)...

I know I feel better when I take the 2 minutes to fix this for myself.

Don't take it after eating - you MUST have an empty stomach for this.

The alkalinity of the Mag & salt will NOT help you digest food.
