WHY IS IT SUCH A BIG DEAL TO THIS PERSON THAT THE OFFICER TURNED AROUND?

ARE THEY UNAWARE THAT PEOPLE CAN AND DO SOMETIMES TURN AROUND?

DID THEY MISS THE VIDEO WHICH SHOWS HIM TURNING AROUND?

Because it seems like these are two different instances. When you see him falling, from the behind angle, there is an officer turned around saluting him. But when you look at the side angle, during the moment Sleepy trips, there is no officer turned around or even in front of yhe stairs. The second officer is on the other side of the tailing.

These are two different instances.

From this angle, there isn't any officer at the bottom of the stairs that has turned around when Joe falls. But when you see him falling from behind, there's an officer right at the bottom of the stairs.
