as much as i can. I either pray or try to wake. the waking part doesnt happen. there is no movement in that dept. the left is dug in and won't hear anything other than what they think. if we had the SLIGHTEST SIGN of movement to make things right, it would go a long way. I realize it's not my place to pick the time but...more harm than good is stirring inside patriots right now. its been months and not 1 thing other than watching evidence of voter fraud get destroyed, watching patriots get treated like dirt and there HAS to be ONE THING that happens that shows SOMETHING is happening other than patriots getting hunted, put on lists, censored, blamed for everything and banned by banks/businesses - any place that knows our political/religious beliefs - how much more? OK, let's start with some more knowledge. Your adrenal glands release hormones to keep your stress levels at a manageable level and perhaps throughout your life have suffered much stress. Cancer is formed in one area as the body has accumulated toxins also due to stress. It is the body's natural response to isolate to your weakest area in your body. Adrenals are part of your endocrine system which is connected in function with your nervous system. You can start with deep breathing exercises as O2 is healing. Meditation with vibration music at 432 Hz you can find on YT. You can stretch you muscles slowly each day while deep breathing slowly to help relax your nervous system. Next, if you can drink filtered water, not bottled. If you can not find then boil water in a large pot to remove chlorine and other toxins, set aside and drink room temperature. Next, ginger root organic preferably, thumb size, grate in pot of water, boil and cool. Drink everyday. This is excellent for digestion.

I do every single thing you listed. even the ginger. I teach martial arts so I do breathing and stretching exercises every day. I recently got my water filter and there is a difference. i try to eat right especially with like 5 in (14cm ish?) missing from your digestive track (important absorbing part esp). So I eat different than I'd like but...anyway, thank you so much for your time. It's very sweet and is the difference between conservative women and liberals. one of differences, I should say, lol. Conservative woman are more attractive looking too, for some reson. It's true. Ask around.
