A couple of things. The general is not on Telegram, that's a fake account. As much as we want to believe someone has insider info, we know that there are less than 10 that really know what's happening, and they aren't going to come out and share it on social media. I would temper expectations and just watch it all play out. We can see this is quickly coming to a head.
