In order to change the constitution, you would need this as an amendment. This would have to be ratified by 2/3 of the state's legislatures. This would lose in the courts.

well I sure hope the 2020 election is sorted out before the 2022 election. If not, we have been duped . I see no need to be up in arms over this now.
