YES..but remember that was illegally done..so does that make it ok..and does that make anything they have done legal?? think about it...dont you think that is why they try so hard to keep that a "secret"?

look at what they have to go through to change any little thing in the constitution...its an up hill battle..why..it was designed that way so if you have a cesspool in governmnet like we do now..and like its been for 100 to 150 years...it was protected against that...that is why they had to do what they did in the late night hours.
