Leeann, good morning. My heart broke when I heard about your story and what you have been going through lately. Trust me, WE are all in that same boat. Some days I can't get away from this site and others. We are all going to be changed dramatically when this is all said and done. RE connecting with God because HE understands all of our pain and our GOoD intentions. I have a fairly decent set of headphones and on my phone I have connected with Amazon Music and listen to 963Hz, 528Hz, and 432Hz music for 30 to 60 minutes if I have time. It has made a noticeable difference in my "outlook" on everything that is happening around me. I'm 59 years old and am just now getting started on my self healing journey. Have always been a child of God, but now more than ever, I am realizing I need to be THERE for my kids, my wife, and others around me. God is healing you as we speak and I hope you have an amazing day. Keep your "spiritual chin" up!!!!
