It's not me who stated that, it's in the Q drops... and yes, that could mean lots of things. And like many i do believe that there is a great possibility that Floyd is still alive...
But the sentence 'first arrest will shock the world' is posted by so many people and I just think people shouldn't rephrase what is in the Q drops, it's confusing enough as is...
