The Bible isn't refering to the fealing of fear when it says" "fear not." The feeling of fear being a sin is the the programmed in humanism doctrinal lie taught by infiltrated seminaries.

"Fear not" means do not let the feeling of fear control you. Do what is right, even if you feel fear. Do not do what is evil, even if you are threatened or made to feel fear.

Feelings & emotions are not wrong. God made us to have them. The feeling of fear triggers the flight or fright response needed to survive in certain situations.

Dividing the Word rightly & understanding it often requires the wisdom to refuse to believe what some tell you certain Scriptures means.
