The rulers are of flesh and blood and along with Gods armor also comes the sword of truth and justice. So if you're going to pull the armor out might as well reach a little further, go ahead and grab that sword as well. Seems no one is willing to take it out.

Many would be willing to follow the one who touts the sword to any and all ends. If said sword has been unsheathed we would all know it and will be glorious to those that cast their eyes upon it. It remains in its scabbard where its been for a thousand years.
