Eating "cheeze pizza" means raping a very young girl & eating her, age 4 years old is specified, "with andochrome" means they are going to torture this little 4 year old girl before they murder her (so her blood they drink & flesh they plan to eat will be highly adrenalized, which is a drug to them that causes an adrenalin rush they are addicted to).
