I think the fence serves several purposes, like much of the other things Q has shown us.
It will never again be used for the leader of our country. It will, along with the evil energy in and around and underneath it, be destroyed one way or another.
Does it keep the public out - no tours, etc
Is it a fence around what we now know is a bankrupt foreign entity on U.S. soil?
Does it keep the deep state in fear?
Does it cause the sleepers to question and research?
