This planet is changing and we're all feeling the Energy!
Our bodies are changing to accept higher frequencies and this leaves us feeling tired as our bodies need to adjust on a cellular level.
Whether we are yet conscious of it, we are also feeling the need to re-prioritize our life.
So very important to listen to our bodies, drink plenty of clean water and take care of ourselves!
