These large ships can hold thousands of detainees. Gitmo may only be used primarily to hold tribunals and then sent to a firing squad. Once cleared the next ship will be delivering it's next group of traitor's. Watch the water, when you see tons of these large ships along the coast now you will know what they are being used for.
