I intuitively picked up Juan was Admiral Rogers, but I assume he has chosen an alias for a reason.
Not Adm. Rodger's voice. I found a video and it's not him.
I think they have similarities in their voice, but I don't believe they are the same person. Juan does use his right hand a lot as he holds the phone with his left hand. However, Juan has a messed up pinky finger on his right hand that Admiral Rogers does not have. They are both very knowledgable and amiable as well as being men who evidently love to sail. I wish that Juan was Admiral Rogers, but I just don't see it. Also, it looks like Juan is a southpaw like JFK Jr., which would differentiate him from Admiral Rogers, who appears to be right handed.
