they use voice enhancement equipment that he is likely wearing that changes the sound of his voice. research lady Di is possibly Melania who is wearing a very intricate upper body face mask. The accent and her voice has also been voice enhanced. There are twists and turns that will shock us. This might be a good example.

I think they have similarities in their voice, but I don't believe they are the same person. Juan does use his right hand a lot as he holds the phone with his left hand. However, Juan has a messed up pinky finger on his right hand that Admiral Rogers does not have. They are both very knowledgable and amiable as well as being men who evidently love to sail. I wish that Juan was Admiral Rogers, but I just don't see it. Also, it looks like Juan is a southpaw like JFK Jr., which would differentiate him from Admiral Rogers, who appears to be right handed.
