You can get over-the-counter quinine in tonic water, Seagrams has a strong amount. 1 liter of tonic water has about 83 mg, and the daily therapeutic dose for malaria is in the range of 500-1000 mg. So that would be about 5+ liters a day if you felt you needed it.
