Marijuana is proven to cause grey matter shrinkage and neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinsons. I am 100% on board with its use for terminal cancer as an appetant or for status epilepticus when all other options are exhausted. Marijuana is also FAR more deleterious to the lungs in comparison to tobacco. I could name additional adverse effects but, I think you get the picture.
