The article states that WBush was in the PEOC on 9/11 2001 which according to all reports I've ever seen is untrue. He was famously in a Fla schoolroom when the attack happend then taken directly from there to Offut AFB. I'm not sure from there when he returned to the White House. Reports have always been that Cheney was in the PEOC coordinating things that morning.
