Unfortunately, when in war, there are caualties of innocent people. No one is more innocent than a child. I can't unsee what has ( perhaps still is) been done to our future ( our children). As Christians, we have a hope beyond this life and if " the plan" here on earth doesnt ever pan out we have a blessed hope beyond this life. Truth is , if you are a Christian, this world is not your home. I have been pondering the meaning of " Faith" the substance of things hoped for and evidence , the evidence of things not seen. If we need to see it to believe it, its not faith. I ca not stand it when I hear " I will believe it when I see it" when one claims to be a follower of Christ. I have put God's word on the line many times in my life and prophesied among people who thought I was crazy. Example, my 22 year old son who survived a deadly childhood cancer against horrible odds. He is still alive and well today! I believe my faith ( just like Abraham's ) was accredited to me as righteousness
You must go deeper my friend. Follow the Bible for truth, The church has been corrupted by man, only trust the Holy Spirit to teach you. Start with Christ's crucifixion, "the day," read my post.
Are you kidding me? The church has completely failed me! We are His temple! We are the church!You have no idea how deep I go! Honestly. I am not really interested in reading anything from you after what you just wrote. I study to show myself approved rightly divinding truth. I think you are the one that needs to go deeper and stop telling others you do not know to read your stuff and how to express themselves. I think you need to start with humitity. You think way too much of yourself.
and I will take it a step further and say " I believe my faith made my son whole ." Mark 5:34. That , my friends is an experience that is not at the mercy of an argument! Just as The psalmist David killed the lion and the bear guarding his sheep as a little shepherd boy on his journey before someday he would slay Goliath, I have had expiriences to draw on for today. Not only were those experiences for me to draw on, they were for me to share with you to build ypur faith. I stand on God's word today first and foremost! His word tells us in Galations 6:9 not to be weary in well doing.
I see this happening with many Christians today. Some even get mad at God because things don't happen in their time frame. I am here to tell everyone her " God does not work around our time frame!" I see people all over this network attacking the messegers who keep putting messages of hope out here and it reminds me of how the biblical characters of the Bible were attacked. I pray you get a hold of yourself because you are NOT helping and you are bringing a reproach to the cause of Christ! In the name of Jesus STOP IT! Learn to trust the Lord with all of your heart and lean not to YOUR own understanding! Get your Bible and get off of here until you can come back and encourage others! The rants from proclaimed Christians need to end NOW. If you do not claim to be a Christian this message is not for you! One thing I absolutely know is that GOD IS IN COMPLETE CONTROL!
