Hi fren, the Military are required to wear one. I've been on Naval Ops Base in Norfolk, Va and ALL Mil wear them. Even when the sailors are outside waiting on transportation from the piers. Also, notice the NG at at The Capitol right now? All wearing masks. That clip is definitely pre C19

Correct here. DoD policy is mask up. Check the troops at the Capitol. Even outside and distanced, they have masks. Old video, but still it's encouraging to see the military's President out with the troops.
