So true. When you have fear and anxiety, its like adding negative energy on yourself, which sends your mind in the wrong direction. I'm now can stop myself easier than before from the negative energies, and view them as something to overcome each and every day. I'm in a boxing ring, and can go a million rounds if necessary.
