that snow looks and acts exactly like snow we experience in MT. I get it that ppl in TX have no idea what snow is like, so are looking for some conspiracy about it, but just like that person from ID said, this looks like normal consistency, and evaporative results from exposure to heat. nothing to see here. sorry.
