I live in North Texas and we have had rolling blackouts since 1:54 Tuesday morning. We are lucky to have a generator keeping us warm right now, but many of our fellow Texans are freezing!
I'm in Grapevine and we didn't roll, we just were turned off for 3 days while some rolled and some never turned off, all within a mile radius. There was no rhyme or reason to any of it.
