it's felt that way honestly. Ive seen city workers sanding freeways if it even gets close to 60 degree but nothing this go around. Even though this is the worse the state has ever seen. You can tell nothing was sanded down, FEMA isn't out offering help at ALL. Entire downtown Houston lit up like no tomorrow but we didnt have power over 30+ hours, some still without.
