I don't listen to anyone when they start spouting dates like this unless it is a solid plan to meet. No one knows when anything is really coming.. less than 10!
Why is "were" used throughout? Makes it sound like "not happening". Not so sure about all of this. I don't like the "kicking the can" down the road thinking.
