Yes, well I am sort of there, of all things running a heated foot massage on my feet and may get a cup of hot tea in a little bit!!! I grew up in the cold, just have to readjust my body temp accordingly as these temps fluctuate wildly!!! All smiles!!! 💛

Something is definitely trying to take hold, after I was speaking earlier, I went down and took a nap. Got up just now, so I needed the rest! My ears are trying to hurt and y cheat too! So whatever it is, I hope I am stopping it in the nick of time by going back on protocols of the Wormwood and Quecerton.
I had similar the last 2 days, could barely stay awake, feeling cold, but dizzy feeling, and just washed out, reduced appetite... feeling a bit more normal today.
I took echinacea tea and honey, it's an immunity booster, seemed to do the trick.
