You might find soaking your feet in a container of warm water while sipping on a warm/hot liquid will help warm you right up on the inside. One of those tried and true old fashioned remedies.

Yes, well I am sort of there, of all things running a heated foot massage on my feet and may get a cup of hot tea in a little bit!!! I grew up in the cold, just have to readjust my body temp accordingly as these temps fluctuate wildly!!! All smiles!!! 💛
