Norway’s navy- formally known as the Royal Norwegian Navy - is undergoing a massive modernization process that will see the acquisition of up to 28 new vessels of two ‘Standard’-classes. Already, it looks like at least two contractors/groups are showing interest in designing and building these future ships.
