#healthyyou Olive oil has been on my radar the last couple days and I need to invest in some one day so I can start taking shots of it also.

High quality olive oil will gel up when put in the fridge... the cheaper stuff is mixed with other oils and doesn't gel.
I have done the olive oil with lemon juice for gal bladder stones, it works and much cheaper than gal bladder surgery!
