I’ve been putting#castoroil and other random oils on my hair occasionally before washing for a while. One day I’ll make masks with banana, avocado, etc….. research there are options you all! HAVE FUN! 🩷

My ends need a trim I am sure to be even as it’s been a long time and obviously hair has not been a priority lol…… but I’ve started taking a q tip just today and putting castor oil on my part on my head since it’s supposed to be good for hair but not “brushing it through my hair” since I hate the feel of it throughout my hair to just “wear.”

I don’t eat meat or dairy and won’t again but I do eat 2-3 eggs a day right now. Eggs are good for us!

FOOD IS MEDICINE! (I am plant based + eggs.)

Eating meat leads to disease and death and dairy products is just “mucusy” and gross sounding to me. Almond milk is a substitution for creamer or milk if needed for me.
