It's really not God forsaken, rather Satan occupied. Gods creations are occupying a fallen world within which to grow and bear His cross and live within his commandments. We fail and rise again as Saints in training casting away sin and becoming His servants in a fallen world in Faith of His loving mercy upon us as we are laid to rest pending the elevation to life eternal...or not. We have choices every waking moment. Jesus is the first.
