She needs to be reported to the board of nursing in her state. Wishing harm on anyone goes against her oath to "do no harm." IMO Her nursing license should be suspended until an evaluation of her emotional/ psychological issues is completed. She could be a liability to anyone hiring her, and to patients under her care.
