I made it through the ice storm. Lost power twice, then lost Internet since yesterday. There is about 2" of ice on the ground. Lots of trees and power lines down. Lots of people still without electricity since 2 days ago. I'm grateful it wasn't worse here. Tonight the temp drops down to 7*. Pray I don't have any busted water lines.
So glad to hear you did ok Myra. Here in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia it wasn't as bad either. Let your water drip very slowly overnight if you afraid it will freeze, it works for us every time. Newscaster says a bad one for the east coast is due this coming weekend with 12" of snow expected. Sometimes I don't think they really know! Please stay safe & warm!
