Why “Just Work Together” Is a Fantasy, And How Mark Carney Could Fix It

A question I get constantly is: why can’t political leaders just work together?

It feels like every day the political crater gets bigger and bigger. Part of it is the way social media shows us what we want, creating confirmation bias (go follow 10 accounts you strongly disagree with to help combat this) but the other part is a lack of leadership.
