Minnesota's Office of the Legislative Auditor veteran Judy Randall says DHS officials under Gov. Tim Walz altered or created documents only AFTER auditors requested them!

Judy described discovering documents created in 2025 that were backdated to APPEAR as if they were completed in 2023, even though the grants had closed 2 years earlier!

The grant manager admitted they created the missing document and entered it into the system ONLY because auditors requested it!

SO Governor Tim Walz had them FORGE documents to try and FOOL STATE AUDITORS!

This is the same agency that has handed out BILLIONS to fraudsters under Walz and repeatedly failed OLA oversight requirements!.
