ONLINE INTEGRATIVE PROTOCOL INVOLVING RSO, IVERMECTIN, FENBENDAZOLE, AND MEBENDAZOLE IN STAGE IV METASTATIC MELANOMA WITH BRAIN INVOLVEMENT
