To be clear, the votes on holding the Clintons in contempt were pretty bipartisan.
Republicans unanimously voted yes, while 9 Dems voted yes for Bill, and 3 Dems voted yes for Hillary.
If the full House vote looks anything like the Committee vote, the Clintons are in trouble.
