1. THE KILL SWITCH

The Solution: We needed an internet they couldn't turn off.
2. THE STARLINK TROJAN HORSE
The media told you Starlink was for "rural internet."
The Reality: It is a Planetary WiFi Grid operating on a separate quantum frequency.
The Capability: It is not dependent on ground stations. It creates a mesh network in Low Earth Orbit (LEO).

A sleeper protocol embedded in every Starlink satellite.
When activated, it overrides all terrestrial frequencies.
It can hijack every TV, phone, and radio on Earth to broadcast a single, unblockable signal.
3. THE "TEN DAYS" MECHANISM
When the "Blackout" (Chapter 13) occurs, Project ODIN initiates the EBS Protocol.
Phase 1: Sever connection to legacy media servers (CNN, FOX, BBC go static).
Phase 2: Ping every cellular device with the "Presidential Alert" (The Trump Card).
Phase 3: Stream the "Declassification Reels" (The 8-hour loops of evidence) directly to devices, bypassing the censored internet.
