Corsair has managed to fumble the fumble of a previous fumble to their apologies for canceling orders, what they call pricing errors, and confusing customer service responses with mixed messaging on coupon code expiry dates and percentages. The problem here isn't purely that Corsair canceled a ton of memory orders, but that Corsair's response to it was absolute chaos and disorganization. The company just laid-off a ton of staff on the consumer side and is also reportedly investing in a new enterprise division to try and get into "AI," and we're seeing the end result of that.
