So true Martin. Great, insightful essay.
Can't help wondering whether under Common Law, and if enough people refused to accept legitimacy of a given government body's right to fine you, a debate on "being" would have to take place?
Maybe not under the Supreme Court system whose being (legitimacy) itself should be questioned IMVHO.
