We could have expected this when you think about it. This will be responsible for mayhem that will be blamed on the inmates.

Cutting food rations in prison is not “discipline.”
It’s psychological coercion.

You don’t starve people to rehabilitate them.
You starve them to break them.

This is not justice.
This is policy cruelty.
