SOVEREIGNS:
Language matters.
It shapes consent.
It shapes belief.
It shapes what we think is possible.
Words matter because they determine our beliefs.
Let’s use honest language from the heart our inner knowing.
We can speak responsibly without cruelty or denial.
Honest language does not shame all who listen.
It restores confidence in who we all are.
Words are the first step back to awareness.
When we deny grief, we don’t heal grief, we postpone it.
When we live in fear, we don’t restore safety, we mute the alarm.
When we suppress rage, we don’t address injustice, we remove the warning.
When we suppress and deny our emotions we hurt ourselves.
A denied nervous system can look “stable” from the outside.
A compliant person can look functional.
But quiet does not mean well.
Still does not mean safe.
And compliant does not mean healed.
Compliant does not resolve trauma, grief, abuse, poverty, isolation, crisis or being overwhelmed.
