Withdrawal from Wasteful, Ineffective, or Harmful International Organizations

The United States is withdrawing from 66 international organizations deemed wasteful, ineffective, or harmful under Executive Order 14199. Secretary of State Marco Rubio emphasized that these organizations are mismanaged, redundant, or threaten U.S. sovereignty and national interests. The Trump Administration criticizes the globalist agenda of many international institutions and rejects funding those that do not align with U.S. priorities.

These organizations actively seek to constrain American sovereignty. Their work is advanced by the same elite networks—the multilateral “NGO-plex”— that we have begun dismantling through the closure of USAID.
