Congressional Authorization for Use of Military Force

Empowers the President with dictatorial-like authority, as Commander in Chief of the US Armed Forces, to unilaterally activate and deploy those Armed Forces anywhere in the world, for any reason, so long as that reason is demonstrably related to the “terror attacks on the United States on September 11th, 2001”.

Never repealed.

Never withdrawn.
