Chemtrails are being referred to as 'persistant contrails' in gov documents and are being blamed on fossil fuels. Any research done by NOAA is with the goal to promote green energy and to make air travel so expensive that most people won't be able to afford it.

The filters that clean jet fuel prior to entering the engine would remove most of the typical geoengineering chemicals that make up chemtrails. Meaning that it isn't jet exhaust from dirty fuel or tainted fuel. That is the scapegoat for the narrative but it is highly effective with academia.
