We have a power cut, went off at 10 ish, I live near a bunker for the elite, I only know about it because my Dad before he retired was in the elite group for road & car park makers, working for Cemex. He told me after he'd done the area, he said it's where all the Docs, Teachers, etc., lived. We've been told Power should be on by 5.30 in the morning!!, but we've no internet either, it is strange, & it's pitch black, weather was wild at the time as well. We've also seen dark blue unmarked land rover type cars blue lights chasing round the city the last couple of weeks
