IMO, So called "vaccines" are harmful to our natural immune systems. The BEST protection against illness is to do those things necessary to strengthen your immune system.

Adequate sleep
Daily exercise
Deep breathing
Sunshine
Decrease stress and anxiety
Spiritual care, joy, laughter
Healthy organic non processed diet
Make your body alkaline
Reduce sugar
